Return Policy
1. Returns (We Got Your Back, Just Follow the Steps)
First thing's first, take a deep breath. We're not here to make your returns a nightmare. Our team is on it, and we're gonna make sure you’re taken care of. Here's how you can start the return process:

Step 1: Hit us up on Instagram or send us an email at brutal@brutal-atelier.com within 15 days from when you got your order. We’ll get back to you with the return address. Simple.

Step 2: Get your return sent back via a courier of your choice. The return costs—customs, taxes, whatever—are on you unless we messed up. Make sure your package includes your name and order number so we can link it up with your details.

Step 3: You’ve got 7 days from when we send you the return address to ship it back to us. If you miss the 7-day window, we can’t take responsibility for the return and will send the order back to you. Keep it tight.

Step 4: Once we get the item and check it’s in perfect condition (we’re picky, but fair), we’ll refund you with a store credit for the full price of the item. The credit will be usable on our website, so you can grab something new.
Important: If the package gets lost in transit, we’re not on the hook for the refund. If this happens, you’ve got 14 days from the day your order was delivered to let us know. Drop us a message at brutal@brutal-atelier.com if anything goes wrong.

Clearpay Orders: If you paid with Clearpay, we’ll refund you the total amount minus shipping and handling costs, if applicable. For other items, you’ll cover shipping costs for the return.

Pre-orders, Pop-ups & Special Collections: No returns on these, sorry! If you’re a Members customer, though, you can hit us up to see if there’s a way around this (we might hook you up if we can).
